The administration of our School, Our Lady and St. Francis Catholic College (OSCCO), Osogbo is geared towards achieving the objectives of the Nigeria policy on Education and the Catholic policy on Education. Having these policies as our guide, we strive to provide holistic education for our students and through this, their total formation is ensured.

Our Lady and St. Francis Catholic College, Isale-Aro, Osogbo is under the leadership of a Management Team put in place by the School’s Proprietor, Most Rev. John Akin Oyejola, the Catholic Bishop of Osogbo Diocese.

The Management Team is currently headed by an indefatigable and very agile Principal, Rev. Fr. Peter A. Akinsanya. He is being assisted by seasoned educationists and school administrators, who are the Vice Principals (Academic and Administration). The Principal works with the management team in order to ensure the ordering of all activities that go on in the College. While the Vice Principal Academic coordinates all the academic and extra-curricular activities, the Vice Principal Administration coordinates the administrative operations within the College.

The Extended Management Team of the School includes the Head of Departments, the School Counsellor and the Bursar. The Principal also carries the Extended Management Team along in the administrative functions of the College. He gets them involved in decision making.

There are also Unit School Supervisors (USS) who see to the management of the classrooms in their various units and there are class teachers monitoring the students activities within and outside the classrooms. The USS ensure the orderliness in the classrooms, they monitor and ensure that the class teachers in their units perform their duties efficiently work appropriately and as when due. The class teachers also monitor the students in their class in order to ensure that they participate effectively in the school activities.
